Black Gram, is also known as black lentil, mungo bean, vigna mungo , black matpe bean. white lentils. Urad   dal in Hindi. In Bengali  mashkalai ḍal. Folate (Vitamin B9) is essential for cell development, red blood cell formation, heart health. Vigna mungo contains good quantity folate.
